THE SANTA ROSA ORIGINAL CERTIFIED FARMERS MARKET

PROUDLY SERVING SANTA ROSA, GUERNEVILLE & CLOVERDALE SINCE 1967

Want To Be A Vendor? Follow These Four Easy Steps!

1

Check the Vendor Requirements

Before applying, all prospective vendors are required to review the Sonoma County Certified Farmers Market Group bylaws, rules, and participation requirements.

These guidelines outline how our markets operate and what is expected of all vendors. Submitting an application indicates that you understand and are able to comply with these rules.

If you have any questions about these requirements before applying, please contact us at info@thesantarosafarmersmarket.com

Once you have reviewed and understand the requirements, proceed to Step 2.

👉Are You a Nonprofit Organization?

If you are a nonprofit or community-based organization interested in participating in the market we have a separate application specifically for nonprofit participation.

Nonprofit booths are intended for community outreach, education, and engagement. They are not designed for general business promotion or commercial sales.

All nonprofit applicants must still be approved through our review process.

Wait Patiently While We Review Your Application

After submission, a member of our team, either the Farmers Market Assistant or Market Manager Pegi Ball, may reach out to you directly by email or phone. This may be to ask follow-up questions or request additional details about your products or organization, so please keep an eye out and be prepared to respond.

Once a decision has been made, you will receive an official email from our team notifying you of your acceptance or status update.

Our typical review timeline is approximately 3–4 weeks. If you have not heard from us after one month, you are welcome to follow up.

Please keep in mind that we are a high-volume market managing hundreds of vendors throughout the season, and we appreciate your patience during this process.

If you prefer, you are also welcome to come to one of our farmer markets in person with your materials and product samples. We are always happy to meet prospective vendors.
