When you are too tired to cook the Wednesday market is your best friend. Not only are there some great take-a-way items but some ingredients that will make cooking easier, fun and just tasty as if you has slaved for hours. Physis Foods has soup stocks made from ingredients straight from the farmers market. With Physis prepared stocks you can make wonderful seasonal soups and stews in no time. Tierra Vegetables has great produce and an amazing array of pantry staples that can turn the most ordinary dish into something spectacular — like dried smoke onions they bring a depth of flavor – people will think you have been cooking for hours. Wednesday and the best pop-up neighborhood shopping is at Luther Burbank Center for the Arts. There is no better selection of Sonoma grown produce and lots of ready to eat treats too.
