Unripe Grapes -you won’t see this at the big grocery store

DeSantis Farms can always be counted on to have something cool. Currently unripe green grapes – they make an excellent pickled condiment

Recipe adapted from one for pickled jalepenos
Ingredients (makes about 1 quart jar)
5 pounds of washed & sliced grapes (you can also pickle whole but stab it with the side with a fork)
2 ½ cups water
2 ½ cups vinegar (plain white distilled vinegar is fine)
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons kosher salt
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 tablespoons whole black peppercorn
3 cloves garlic, peeled (optional)
