For the last couple of years, The Santa Rosa Original Certified Farmers Market manages The WIC (Women, Infants, & Children’s) Thursday morning market through Sept. 11th from 9am-1pm. Our farmer’s are joined by Northern California Center for Well-Being, Redwood Community Health, Redwood Empire Food Bank, St Joseph’s, Council on Aging, and Free Bookmobile. It’s only fruits and vegetables. If you are looking for purslane or verdolagas you won’t find it anywhere but the Thursday market
WIC Farmers Market, July 10 through Sept. 11 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of the WIC office at 1450 Guerneville Road, Santa Rosa.
Wednesday market is a smaller version of the Saturday market Great selection of produce, meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, even wine (no tasting yet) Some of our best craftspeople also attend this market. There are some Wednesday only vendors who are worth the trip, Ridgeview Farms beautiful seasonal bouquets and Wine Country Chocolates truffles an so much more including chocolate dipped fresh and dried fruit. 8:30 -Noon Luther Burbank Center for the Arts
