Everyone who has tried it has come back for more.    We heard one kid quietly whisper to his Mom “better than Dad’s!”

Ribs, chicken, brisket and smoked cinnamon buns.   The sauce is wonderful full of flavor but won’t set your mouth on fire.   A lot of care goes into preparing everything for the smoker – the chicken is brined to keep it moist.   Everything is sourced locally.
