Learn to Cook Like Lata! 11 AM 4/27

Wednesday April 27th 11 AM Lata will give a demonstration of vegetarian Indian cooking. This year Lata returned to India to refresh her cooking skills and learn more about aryuvedic recipes and cooking.
The photos are of Lata’s two sons who enjoy cooking with her. Bring your kids to the demonstration too. The other photos are of an Indian spice market and Lata.

Sonoma County Loves Lata’s Indian Cuisine.
“I love great Indian food, and buying from her just feels so good. She uses as many local ingredients as she can from the farmers market, and has suc a sunny personality, you can just taste the love she puts into her food. So, if you frequent the Wednesday and/or Saturday farmers market at the Veterans Building in Santa Rosa, CA, look for her.” Figs and Brie

Lata Pagare of Lata’s Indian Cuisine makes some of the best chai I’ve tasted outside my own kitchen. I’ve enjoyed many a cup on a cold morning at either the Santa Rosa or Sebastopol farmers market, where she sells it, piping hot Michele Anna Jordan’s blog: Eat This Now Santa Rosa Press Democrat
