Fresh Cooked Crab, Buddah’s Hand and Escarole



The Wednesday market was full of good things representing the fall season. (Although there are still raspberries and tomatoes keeping up the banner for summer)

Santa Rosa Seafood had first of the season,large dungeness crab. (They also had lobster bouillabaisse!)

As usual DeSantis Farms had something fun to try — buddah’s hand.

Crescent Moon had large bunches of escarole – you can have it hot or cold, dressed up or down. It’s very versatile.
