February Market News

I hope this finds you all well, we at the SROCFM are diligently working to provide a safe, fun place to shop & visit.

January has flown by, but gratefully brought us some rain with more due in February, but thankfully SUN predicted for Saturday.  We are blessed with an assortment of Vendors, able to fulfill all your needs: Healthy Meals for the family, Snacks for watching the Super Bowl, Gourmet Chocolate, Beautiful Orchids or hand crafted Jewelry for your special Valentine, and of course, the freshest local Fruits & Vegetables of the season.

    Saturday Market continues year round, 8:30-1pm, there is NOT a Wednesday Market in February but will be back March 3rd.  8:30-1pm, both markets rain or shine.

Super Bowl Snack

Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Bites                       


  • 1 head of Cauliflower or Romanesco washed and broken up into small florets
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. of your favorite hot wing sauce


  1. Pre heat oven to 425
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and distribute evenly
  3. Combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and salt in small bowl.  Toss spice mixture over cauliflower and mix well, making sure all the cauliflower is coated in the spices.
  4. Spread cauliflower out on a rimmed baking sheet, roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss with wing sauce and serve with your favorite blue cheese dressing for dipping.  Enjoy
  6. Makes about 2 cups
